New Wordpress website (bespoke theme)

I'm looking for a new WP theme for our E-commerce website based on wireframes I've created (see home example attached).
Will also need ongoing developer for small maintenance asks.

The website is a simple e-commerce set up with a customers that bought also bought feature of checkout (ignore my use of wrong words/grammar throughout, unfortunately XD doesn't have a dyslexic monitor haha). we will use a Paypal plug in for checkout and at the moment this is just skinned to look like our sure as much as poss.

All pages search option and option to look at cart in pop up/ remove items

Home page- Ask Angela. Looking at embedding a picture quiz off something like EXCO which will sit in a blog page. If you can build a step by step quiz search instead we can look at that as an optional addon.

Blog page- dynamic other articles section that follows you down right hand side as you scroll.

Checkout Page- dynamic buttons for delivery address different drop down fields, Vat Exemption yes/no removes and re-instates vat amount to the basket, customers also bought section again change change products to feature on back end, and also buttons add to cart, process to payment through to paypal checkout skinned.

Compare products- just a formatted page in table to show differences... nothing techy

Contact us- ask angela banner links to 'virual assistant' quiz as discussed

Keyword specific pages- there will be LOADS of these, but if we can have the option to put in best selling products carousel and review widget

Location page- ask angela and review widget

Product listing page- a filter to search by features/ medical conditions

Product Page- Options for type of product service plan which will be added into the basket separately with product when option clicked and then buy now, product range carousel, review widget

Top up page- compulsory field for mobile number with limit of 12 digits on. Top up buttons and all product buttons go straight to checkout but with top up, the phone number is on the order sheet with order processed for us to top up the right account.

I will need someone who has English as their first speaking language, this is very important. Fine to work with other time zones as long as you are assertive and communicate well.
