New theme and revitalise website :)

I have a website that I need modernising. Nothing on the existing site seems to work - I want the new site to look slick and modern.

The URL is www.mypaonline.co.uk.

There will be a smallish change to the existing copy and there will be a new telephone number and new email address to put on.

I would like you to please give me example of wordpress theme you would use and also some url's to sites you have done.
