New FEATURES adding to a Word Press Classified Adverts plugin

REPOST - previous expert could not complete the task

I use a popular Word Press Plugin to mange the Classified Adverts on these websites : https://DinghyMart.co.uk and https://BoardMart.co.uk. The SAME work needs to be performed on BOTH websites.

The EXPERT may establish a STAGING AREA within the Siteground Tools area to test their work.

When the work is completed to both our satisfaction it can be DEPLOYED to LIVE or the changes can be applied to LIVE after making a full BACKUP (again via SiteTools). IMPORTANT - people are adding NEW adverts to the website daily. If DEPLOYING from the STAGING area it is important the expert can import any new adverts to the database added since creating the STAGING area.

Here's a list of tasks as I see them:

Task 1) Creation of a CHILD THEME

Task 2) The addition of a Meta Title and Meta Description field to the AWPCP Classified Adverts CATEGORY pages (currently it uses a GENERIC title and description for every page).

Instead of the "GENERIC" meta data we currently have (which, sadly, has little if any SEO power as it's generic and repeated everywhere) :  "Dinghies for Sale - browse all the Sailing Dinghies on Dinghy Mart" (NOTE - this is actually turned OFF in Yoast but, for some reason, it is still being output ??) [see source code here - https://dinghymart.co.uk/classifieds/dinghies-for-sale/743/dart-18/ as an example of what I want changing]

I want the data from these new Meta Title and Meta Description Fields to replace this GENERIC content.

Refer to the TWO images - CURRENT, how it looks NOW in AWPCP Category Editor and SOLUTION, how I envisage it with a CUSTOM Meta Title and Description field. Whatever is entered here MUST be output in the HTML header as Meta Title and Meta Description

Task 3) To take the content DESCRIPTION from each AWPCP Category and OUTPUT it to the displayed category.

Currently it is possible to add a DESCRIPTION but it is NOT output. An example of this is - https://dinghymart.co.uk/classifieds/dinghies-for-sale/743/dart-18/. In the AWPCP Category for the Dart 18 I have added a description - but it is NOT output. Preferably - I'd like the CLASSIC EDITOR to be employed here so I can add formatting and links etc. If that's NOT possible - then maybe the possibility to enter raw HTML so I can achieve formatted content with links etc. The ability to use the CLASSIC EDITOR would be ideal solution.

There is a SCREENSHOT of how I'd like the OUTPUT Category page to appear to visitors.

Task 4) Change the URL structure - instead of the current output URL structure : https://dinghymart.co.uk/classifieds/dinghies-for-sale/743/dart-18/. I'd like https://dinghymart.co.uk/categories/dart-18/ - where "dart-18" is taken from the AWPCP Category's NAME
