Need to make a wordpress page Full Page Scrolling by Section

Need to make a wordpress page same as this link see the features I required.
1. Transparent header on Btheme.
2. When you scroll, it does scroll full raw section which is the main features we need it for. (Please see the mobile version)
3. 1st section need it as a slider where can upload as many banned pictures needed.
4. All section same as that page. https://royalnawaab.com/manchester/restaurant
5. Use one section background as a video.
Side navigation bar and footer has to be same, and need clean coding no bugs.
