Need some Wordpress theme customisation done

We have recently set up our website using a WordPress theme but we now need some assistance to improve the site a bit. Below are things that I would like done.

[ ] If possible to Increase the font size and icons on the main menu or change font so the text is easier to read

- [ ] On the main page I am happy with the functionality of the posts for Topics and Tech new opening up in the grid on the home page. What I would also like is pages like Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions to open up in a new page layout with a sidebar to add latest posts. Still keeping within the site theme.

- [ ] Add an ad area just below the menu and keep the fixed scrolling.

- [ ] Would like to add a footer with sign up to newsletter features like Mailchimp, links and ad.
