Need responsive site coded in Wordpress

General information for the website: Responsive design needed for web, mobile and tablet
Description of every page/module: Hi, I have a PSD of the website already. I also bought a WordPress website in which I liked the features (gallery, sliders, collapsible menus, etc) as a way to speed up process and add to site with all the functionality that I want.

I want someone experienced in responsive design, this will be a wordpress site. TIMELINE is very important. Less than 10 days. It's about 3 or 4 different pages though, so can be done.
