Need help in making a website responsive on mobile devices

General information for the website: Using Deita theme on Wordpress CMS
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: I'm using Deita theme which claims to be a responsive theme but it's not working with the site I've created. Only some items are responsive. I need the full site to resize itself for mobile viewing.

Need the following items fixed on iPhone:
1. Nav background should be white, however, on iPhone it's dark grey
2. there's a white column on the right that only shows on iPhone, the site should be full screen (no sidebars used)
3. header image on each page is not resized to see full image
4. Hamburger nav menu only shows dropdown menu and not the other 4 buttons on main menu
5. Footer columns are pushed together with empty space on left side

Need the following items fixed on iPad:
