Need an enquiry form on WooCommerce product page

We're looking for an experienced Wordpress/WooCommerce developer to create an enquiry form on our WooCommerce product pages. Requirements:

- The form should be on the product page itself, not on a separate page which is linked to from the product page
- The form must be placeable in the page with Elementor (so either by shortcode or creating an Elementor widget)
- The form will need to pull product attributes/variations in so the user only has the ability to select relevant options
- It will need to allow the user to upload files
- Upon completion of the form, it must send an email to the user and a separate one to us, which should pull in the data from the form & attach/add a link to uploaded artwork
- The email should also be able to pull in details of the product which the form was completed for – so the product name, SKU, and potentially other fields added with ACF
- The user should then be redirected to a 'thank you' page
- We should be able to modify the form to add/remove/edit different fields

Our website is currently running OceanWP but most of the theme comes from Elementor, and we use JetWooBuilder to create the product pages in Elementor.
