Need a Wordpress website developing with the Newspaper by TagDiv plugin

I have started to build a website for my platform that I own but wanting a professional to finish it off to my requirements, I simply don't have the knowledge to finish the website off as I am new to Wordpress and using this specific theme.

I have the Newspaper plugin by TagDiv installed so the user should have previous knowledge of this plugin in creating a newspaper/magazine website. I have a to do list with features and design elements that I need added to the website, they are pretty basic things but I don't have the full ability to complete everything that needs to be finished. Its not a huge job, pretty simple in fact but does need to be finished to a good ability with everything I need doing to be of quality.
