Need A New Wordpress Site

Description of requirements/features: I need a proper website setup for my company, I have a website at the moment but it is essentially just a squeeze page.

I am hoping you will be able to provide a wordpress theme you are familiar with so you can upload and tweak quickly. I am ok at Web site stuff but if you can provide something slick which requires little effort on your part, that you can customise a few pages for, I am happy to pay.

I need to keep the not live pages that exist on my site (so they dont get deleted) but can edit them myself in the future if needed.

You will be responsible for installing the theme we agree on and creating a few normal pages that are present on most sites - Home - Our Guarantee - Contact - Free PPC Audiobook - Our Services.

Fluent English speakers preferred - Do not bid if we cannot communicate with each other properly.

In your proposal please state the themes you suggest so I can choose.

There may be tweaks I ask from you so please count that in your bid (an example is removing the url of the company that designed the theme (this is really annoying)) - if you are not happy to do some extra bits to tidy it up, please do not bid.

If successful you will have access to wordpress only - not my hosting which is godaddy as I look after multiple sites. Any questions, feel free to ask below, but they should help with how you bid, not for winning the work. The price is a ballpark figure, I can pay higher but if the work is good would also go lower.
