Need a landing page set up

I just need a simple landing page set up or designed and installed (ideally optimised for conversions) that can be edited by myself via wordpress so I can add content in whenever I need to. Feel free to use a theme, as long as it looks good.

I run a cold email marketing service as a freelancer so it just needs to be a 1 page site, a point of call for those that are directed to it that will capture their email or number and give them very minor details about it (all content will be provided by me, hence why I need it to be via wordpress so I can add details in here and there)
