Need a following plugin made

Hi, we have this website www.gameonplayer.com and it uses Javascript react very heavily meaning plugins don't work straight out the box.

So currently the website uses Buddypress and is using friend connections, however, we want to disable that and have it so that it is a following system similar to Twitter.

This is what we need the plugin to do, it also needs to match the style of the theme:

1. Allow people to follow/unfollow each other
2. add a following and followers tabs to peoples profile that shows all the people following them or who they are following.
3. on the main activity feed add a following tab, which will allow you to see the activity of people you are following. Also, have it so that this is the first feed the main feed that loads.
4. add a top followers widget on the homepage
5. have it work with BP Better messaging, so that if someone is following you then you can message them, if they are not following you then you can not message them, similar to Twitter.
6. A few small things around the website which are hard to explain, but basically things like show Following and follower count in the sidebar.
7. Notifications for when you get a follower.
8. the ability to @ people.
