Modify existing template for a new site

We currently have the template built for another site that will need to revised (Colors and Fonts) for the new site. There are some additional features to the website that will be new to this template that are listed below. Inserting content will also be part of the task. If I'm interested in your proposal I will message with the current URL of the existing template.

• There is an interactive map on the directory page. Plugin will be provided, but will need to be set up properly. The "Deals & Offers" And "Dining Guide" are additions to the old map.
• The format for the main directory page is different
• Single merchant pages have the facebook & Twitter link above name.
• Added the Attractions names to the directory listing.
• An Additional social page that includes all Social feeds from All merchants.
• An employment opportunity section.
