Modify existing drupal website

I have an existing Drupal site that is now a bit outdated in terms of style and definitely content. It is time for a major refresh. You can review the current site at www.atcash.com
I have a newer site at www.keepook.com
I want to home page of www.atcash.com to be the products page and look like the www.keepook.com page...with different visuals and messaging ofcourse.
Both are implemented in Drupal/ PHP. Almost all pages will undergo changes in terms of design but not necessarily structure. We will provide designs and content
