Modify an existing Drupal Site

I have uploaded the core Drupal ver. 8.9.1. I have also uploaded a ready made template and made it default. The site shows perfect based on the demo sample. I want to change the demo sample to represent my desigered site. The URL for the site is: http://www.lfcsglobal.com/
I have changed the menu but I need to complete the site as a matter of urgency and don't have time to play with admin section and modify it myself. I need someone who knows Drupal well without any time wasting and trial / error. Here is what I need to do (There is no development or code writing involved):

1) Changing the URL links for the menu and sub-menu to open the relevant pages.
2) Change the content of the pages. I will supply the content, you just copy and paste.
3) I will supply logo, Favicon and some other images which need changing.
4) I will need to add the option of multilingual for 3 other languages for future development, but we don't do the extra languages now. All I want is to create a drop down language option for French, Persian (Farsi) and Arabic. English will remain as default. Hence, we need to download the appropriate language module and upload to the site.
5) The contact form on the "Contact" page should work and convert the message to an email.
6) I want to make sure that the site is optimised for SEO by using friendly names, Meta Tags, etc. for each page.
7) Some parts / blocks to be completely removed and become hidden from the current design.

If for whatever reason my customer changes his mind and I will ask you for extra work or repeated work, I will be happy to top up the fee. I am a fair person and I do develop website myself, but not Drupal.

I want the site to be finished by Monday.
