Modification of existing wordpress site and template

Hi,

I need a very experienced wordpress developer.

I have an existing wordpress site which currently only uses 1 page template which is fully customisable.

I need the following to be done:

1)Install a new separate page template for the homepage (i will provide the image designs for this), whilst keeping the current template for sub pages.

2)Customise the existing site's default page template for sub pages to allow:

- new editable text fields
- add google maps
- individual page contact form system. to allow each separate sub page created to have its own contact form.
I need to be able to set specific email addresses for each page's contact form. And when I receive a email I need it to quote the page where the email came from.
e.g
1) www.domain.com/subpage1 -> contact form on page send emails to email@domain1.com->message is sent to the email address with a message explaining the message was sent via contact page on www.domain.com/subpage1
2) www.domain.com/subpage2 -> contact form on page send emails to email@domain2.com->message is sent to the email address with a message explaining the message was sent via contact page on www.domain.com/subpage2
