Description of requirements/features: We are looking for an industry leading website for our dental group, our current website is:

I would firstly like people to make suggested improvements to the site as we are going to use this site as a basis on which to work off, although i do want a new site completely designed from scratch. I'm not looking for cheap, I'm looking for the best as this website will have a huge amount of detail/ development and features that simply don't come cheap. Im also looking for a reliable team as this website will only continue to develop, we will need changes made in the future as well as new landing pages etc.... Ideally a freelancer with fantastic talent is what were looking for, but also happy to have a team.

Here is a list of what we are looking for:
Exciting and readable content- dentistry isn't the most exciting thing in the world and we need to change that.
Video- and not a silly 3D one that doesn't explain anything, a really exciting one that explains exactly what we are trying to promote.
cutting edge design- I want to lead the industry not follow
Perfect development- mobile responsive, working perfectly on every screen without bugs or glitches
Implementation- we have a few 3rd party products, like live chat and reviews.co.uk that we want incorporated.

As you can see im after a hell of a lot and Im only looking for premium, please don't just copy and paste a proposal because its just a waste of your time, only really serious designers/developers need apply.

The only thing we want to keep from the old site is the logo.
