Migrate my Prestashop Site to Woocommerce Wordpress Site

Hello,
I have to create a new Wordpress site using this OXIGEN Theme: http://demo.oxygentheme.com/ so I can replicate my actual Prestashop Website www.tokyoto-luggage.com and its 6 domains.

I need a programmer that takes care of the Wordpress site STRUCTURE so I can start migrating texts and images myself.

And I also these customizations:

- For Wordpress Site I need same Prestashop white bricks background
- For the HOME, I need the same descriptive Text under Product Image.
- For the HOME, I need same Facebook COUNTER as in Prestashop Site
- For PRODUCT PAGES, I need same zoom Product Images
- I need a Massive Coupon Uploading and Coupon Creation
- 8 Languages translation button and plugin enabled, as I already have in Prestashop.
- Migration of my 6 Domains (.co.uk, .com, .es, .fr, .it, .org) pointing to the same Website
- Domain .co.uk must appear in GBP, Domain .org must show USD and rest of Domains must show EUROS.

And also very important:

- In these last 5 years, actual links have an important SEO ranking that I need to take care of, that is, old Prestashop links need to point to my new Wordpress links. (Probably a 301 redirection)
- Wordpress Site must be very SEO friendly
- Same payment methods plus Amazon Payments
- Google Analytics enabled
