Migrate existing website to wordpress and freshen up

Hi

We are a small company - and want to freshen up our brand and make it easy for our office staff to load up and present new products

our existing website is boring and hard to add new products - i built it myself and I am an amateur

the site has around 10 pages

i want someone that can take what we have - move it wordpress and provide and easy way for people to see products and especially our new products - and provide a much more contemporary look and feel without losing the existing logo etc Wordpress will make it easy for us to manage and maintain ourselves

Don't have a big budget unfortunately! But I am realistic about costs - i have stuck a number in below - but have no idea if this is even reasonable or doable! we have a hosting package in place - i can install wordpress and the code etc as I am reasonably competent - so would be looking for design develop and instructions as to how to implement on existing hosting package.
