Description of every page/module: We have an award site that uses WP-PostRatings to allow users to vote on their favourite nominees within certain categories, some of them having multiple categories they are entered for.

We need an meme generation plugin that can use the voting/nomination data WP-PostRatings stores in the database to determine when a nominee receives their first vote and in what category - and then when nominees reach a milestone in votes, create a meme automatically for each using the profile picture for the nominee we have placed on their page.

We need to be able to have multiple layouts for the memes that can be changed/updated for each different milestone (different wording, same picture). Each meme needs to have a social share function beneath them to allow our users to the ability to share on various networks to their friends & followers

The final meme will then need to be displayed automatically via a widget or inline with page content, with a text log of memes created made visible to the site admin.
