Require someone familiar with Mass page building from a plugin.

I wish to create 250 mass pages for a Wordpress site using a plugin
ADM Seo Meister mass page plugin.

Require the following.
Spun content. That is readable and logical. I will supply content for the page
Area is for local business covering approximately 30 miles

Footer displaying all areas

A wordpress site has already been built and links to this site required for each page

Short codes can be used for a lot of this work.

I am not looking to micro manage this work and want someone who has the skill to get this job done.
Require time of starting and completion time.
