Make some changes and eliminate problem on web site

Description: Hello! I need to make some changes on web site: www.tvoydesigner.ru
1. Main page. Widget showing 2 recent posts of blog - change the heading - replace it with the date of the post (as it was in the template)
2. Main page. Footer - add link to my profile in "Houzz" next to Facebook, VK and Pinterest buttons. I have code, but don't know where to place it.
3. Check URLs - i have normal URL only on the main buttons. Default ugly URL on buttons under the slider and in footer.
4. The main problem: check the galleries. Often when I enter "Typical projects" gallery i see there projects from "Portfolio" gallery - all projects mix in "Typical projects" gallery.
5. Check Facebook widget (We on Facebook) - sometimes i don't see the widget no the main page. it disappears.
6. "Blog": under subscribe form remove "i like" buttons. Leave only Subscribe by e-mail.
