Make some amends to an existing wordpress website

Description of requirements/features: > Background of website (ie. the blue bit) - we want to be able to add images that proportionally fill the full background of the page. We want to be able to add these in the backend on the edit page window.
> Change navigation style so it looks like this: http://www.templatemo.com/templates/templatemo_394_sonic/ with the little coloured bars to the left of each menu item. Colours of the little bars will be specified.
> Bullet points in the actual content of the pages should show with bullet points (ie. discs)
> Comments from attendees last year in the http://yorkshirecare.com/yortrain-gold-event-2015/why-attend/ page should be in a slider with a left and right arrow, with some big speech marks to the left. The slider should move onto the next quote every 2 seconds or so.
> http://yorkshirecare.com/yortrain-gold-event-2015/the-venue/ - the By Car, By Bus, By Rail sections should be put into horizontal accordion sliders, so they minimise down to a coloured box with 3px rounded corners, and they expand down with all the info when you click on the box.
> Reduce the line spacing on the text underneath the main logo.
