Make a Wordpress site MORE responsive (more mobile friendly)

General information for the website: The site is a marketing site for a digital product
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Num. of web pages/modules: 8 pages
Description of every page/module: Each of the pages has a responsive element to it; however, the responsive view was never built out (designed). Each page has its own template.
Description of requirements/features: I need to take a Wordpress site that is - somewhat - responsive and make it much more mobile friendly. I do not have a design for the mobile friendly version so I need a developer who can take the site and make good decisions as to what images display where, and when images or background images are not necessary, and proper layout of the page elements.

Extra notes: Although the templates are different - they are built very similar.

I will want to review a site that you have made responsive. I will test it by pulling it up on a desktop and then using a tool to check how it views on Android / iPhone.
