I need skilled developers to complete the following tasks:

1. Fix Icon File Issue (Bug #597):
- Estimated Time: 1 hours
- Description: Check the file paths, ensure compatibility across browsers, and update the file as needed.

2. Restore VIP Points and Verify Flags (Bug #599):
- Estimated Time: 2 hours
- Description: Restore VIP points and verify that sales and new flags are working correctly on both product pages and listing pages.

3. Move Small Banners to Promo Banner Module (Bug #600):
- Estimated Time: 3 hours
- Description: Move small banners into the Mirasvit Promo banner module, ensuring correct display.

4. Allow Sending Messages via Popup Error (Bug #601):
- Estimated Time: 1 hours
- Description: Enable functionality to send messages through a popup error.

5. Upload Changed Products (Bug #602):
- Estimated Time: 0.5 hours
- Description: Import the changed CSV file, upload improved images to development, and move to the live server.

6. Update Banners (Bug #603):
- Estimated Time: 6 hours
- Description: Update banners with HTML backgrounds, showing menu functionality for both web and responsive views, ensuring proper background interactions.
