Looking for WordPress- WooCommerce expert

I would like to convert this in WordPress with following theme:

I already purchased the theme and will provide you the Theme Files,

I don't need Woo-Commerce functionality, All I need in place of "Add to Cart" button it should be "Request a Quote" button and clicking on it, it redirect on Inquiry Form.

I am attaching how I want updated homepage and other pages with this requirement,

More work on completion of this job in timely manner and with quality work.

I have limited budget and strict time frame of 7 days, Only bid if you can finish in that duration only.
