Looking for someone to code an e-commerce website from my pdf de

I have all the pdf designs, i just need a coder to create it on a wordpress platform.

The website should include:
- cookies and pop ups
- integration with woo commerce
- tracking pixels from facebook and perfect audience installed
- seo friendly meta tags and seo optimised website
- design friendly to use on laptops, mobile phones and tablets
- complete within 5 days

I will provide all pictures and text, it just now needs to be brought to life!
