Looking for a wordpress developer to work with me on a client project

I have a client whom I have built a wordpress site for but what is needed now requires more skills than I have unfortunately so I am looking to partner with someone on this aspect.

It involves adding additional menus to wordpress (using the u-design theme just now) to allow clients to log in to a secured area.

Now we are unsure if this is possible with U-design, we know it does not support multiple menus but don't know if this is a custom coding option we can do to the existing theme or if best to go to a new theme etc.

So, will need you to just show me your hourly rates and how you would suggest approaching this. I will need a good idea of cost for this overall.

Please don't place a generic copy and paste bid, I need to know that you understand the problem and that you could have a solution - if in doubt or need more info to place an accurate bid I would prefer if you ask me in advance of placing any bids please.

I cannot stress enough, I realise that I cannot get all the info over in one message to allow you to place an accurate bid - so please do ask clarification messages beforehand.

I would prefer UK bidders please but if you are bidding from overseas then your English needs to be excellent as we don't have time for delays. Any bids that are copy and paste, don't understand what I am looking for or don't have good English will be deleted. I am really sorry to be so harsh but I am often inundated with bids that are not relevant.
