Looking for a reliable web developer who has experience with Wordpress

Description of requirements/features: We are a web based platform that helps individuals working in the creative industries to achieve a lifestyle they want by doing work they love. We do this by providing tools resources and support via our website through ebooks, webinars and courses. It is notoriously difficult to earn a living within the creative industries and I want to use my knowledge of digital marketing to help artists find and build their audience online. By doing this it will allow them to earn a living from doing what they love rather than just from what makes them money.

I am looking for a reliable web developer to work with me on a part time basis in order to develop and optimise and existing website. The work will not be PHP intensive but will require a good knowledge of Wordpress in order to optimise the site for speed and usability.

The developer must speak excellent English and be able to communicate ideas and problems clearly and effectively. They should have experience working on Wordpress projects and have excellent time management skills. This is not a full time role and will require blocks of time at certain stages, working mainly in sprints.
Extra services needed: Optimization
Extra notes: I have experience working as a web developer for over 3 years and therefore know how much time is needed for each part of the project. I am not looking for someone who is cheap and cheerful and is going to juggle this with 50 other projects or hand it off to someone else on their team. I am looking for someone who believes in the purpose of the company and wants to be involved because they are passionate about helping to make it work.
