Looking for a Divi template expert

There are two Wordpress websites that were built using an older version of Divi. (I believe Divi 2.0)

Now that Divi has been updated, the sites do not work as intended. (The current version is 4.6) This is because they have changed the interfacing and options.

I therefore need someone to reproduce both websites, using the newest version of Divi, while maintaining ALL design elements that already exist. The existing sites had a lot of custom CSS to ensure responsiveness, among other design elements.

You must therefore be a Divi expert, and know Divi in its entirety, and aware of all the new functionality and interfacing options available to you.

The replicated sites will need to be created on a staging server (which I will provide), and then we will need to move these over to the actual server.

They are small websites - approx 5 pages each.

Any cookie cutter proposals will be ignored, as I am looking for someone who has read and fully understands the job requirement.
