Landing page required

Simple landing page, designed, developed & uploaded to my server.

I need a single page, landing page. I will need you to also ensure its attractive design & layout. The page will be very simple, comprising only of text, 3 or 4 photos. I will require some simple animation of the text, such as a flashing "warning".

I already have the domain name, and the page will also need to be uploaded to my server.

This should be a very simple, although it does require your ability to make an attractive layout of the page, photos and good use of typeface..... Please send sensible quotes.
