Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: adding to existing web pages, and applying new template and features
Description of requirements/features: I have an existing web site which I need changes made to:
1 : New template: I got one in mind but needs to be applied to existing site, as well as setting up the site with mobile template
2: Regional content, we have pages for six advisors on the existing site, but we need to be change the content of the advisors pages based on user selecting the county from a drop down list.
3: User login process need refining, we have a sign up process but I'm not sure it work properly, we need a new user to create and account and pay us via paypal.
4: Messaging, members should be able to search for existing member is in their area, and message them from within the system.
The message does not leave the server but a notification of a new message would be send to the members email address.
This was members can message each other with out giving out personal details.
5: Messaging Advisors, members should be able to message advisors, this communication is kept personal between member and advisor.
6: Forum member ship, when you become a member you can post to the forums, this needs checking and testing.

If you can only do some of the above please quote anyway I may get more than one person to work on the site.
