Joomla migration from 1.5 to 3.0 or the latest stable version

Hello All,

I'm looking for an indication of the likely cost and duration for the above job to be completed asap as the site is vulnerable to hacks and needs a stable platform ahead of a revamp . I could perform the migration myself but I don't have time at the moment to mess about looking for compatible extensions etc and would rather leave it in the hands of an expert!

I am working to a budget, but there is the good chance of some follow up design work if all goes well. I'd like to create a secure back up of the site as well.
