Joomla ecommerce website build based on the specification below

Website based on the corporate image (colours) of www.keybrands.co.uk.

Current site is built on Joomla already.

We want to extend this site to e-commerce using Joomla extension: Virtuemart

Existing hosting and domain name can be used

The structure (design elements) are to be roughly based on the http://www.premierexports.co.uk/ type website but maintaining the corporate feel of the website.

We have a new logo that will be supplied and needs to be incorporated into the website.

Products will be items such as Drinks, Food Items etc etc. They must be in categories (i.e. Drinks is the category and Water, Coke etc the products in that category)

In addition to this, there are 4 distinct business sectors. Each of these sectors must have a large square icon on the home page that encourages people to click on them and then categories of products will be contained in them. image to be the same as the ones on the logo just bigger (new logo will be supplied).

A search function is required that must be present on every page allowing a keyword search on brand / product name / category etc with a results page.

The products list / search results page must have the option to display grid view or list view. In both, we need to see the image –

Manufacturer
Product Name
EAN: (this is the barcode on the product)
Case size (Example 24 x 45g)
Pallet quantity ( this is cases per pallet)
Shelf life of the product.

Manufacturer - Product name - Price and option to place order and an option to enquire

Each product is required to have Manufacturer / Product name / Qty/Volume options (this will be values such as case, pallet, container etc) / Part Number / Base price per volume (i.e. a single option from the volume with a price e.g. 1 Pallet of Water = £400 etc) / Description / Image (option to upload the image)

For each product, the option to Display price / Call for pricing (if larger quantity required).

There will be no option at this stage to actually purchase/pay for the item however the shopping cart function should work but will then give the option to Place order (if an item with a price displayed is selected)

OPtion to show a price or show Call for Price instead of price
