Integrate existing PHP forms with Wordpress

A good understanding of the Wordpress back-end is necessary for this job.

There are several forms – all written in PHP – that I'd like to integrate with Wordpress. They all make use of session variables, and submit the form to the same page.

I've attached them with this email, and included references to how they should work on an existing site – see below:
