I would like the following work done on my Wordpress blog.
(1) Install New Theme
(2) Fix 404 errors
(3) Speed up the website (load time is very slow)

It is a professional, small business blog. Advertisers have paid for sponsored articles. I cannot have any downtime at all.
There's a fair amount of content to be copied across. Please advise how you'll back up/migrate without downtime.
