Install joomla site on new server

I have what I am told is a copy of all of the files of an existing joomla based website which was hosted on a webserver whose owner has just gone bust.
I need someone to load a joomla software package and install the files so that the site will work and appear again.
The nameservers have been transferred to 1and1's servers. I can give you full ftp access to undertake the above.
A zipped copy of all of the existing files- as well as a set of extracted files are sitting on the new server.
Timings are asap.
