Improvement to our existing WP website

We are looking to improve our current website www.novitafurnituredesign.co.uk.

We seem to be getting quite a few visitors to the site, according to the stats counter, but we get very few enquiries and even fewer orders.

As we design and make high-end bespoke furniture, we need our website to better reflect this.

We know what we want it to look like and can point you in the direction of two other websites whose design we would like to replicate.

Please can you give me some idea of cost and what we can expect to get for our investment.
