Kind of development: Customization of existing website

Description of every page/module: The site is creative portfolio, include a lots of images and been built on Wordpress, the loading time is helarious no matter how much i customised the material and the imagery, its not a ready theme, and it needs to load a lots of content until the page load.
Description of requirements/features: i need to clean the code of the site and makes it faster, as well i want to update and enable some plugins.
