I want to collect emails for 5 separate pdf downloads on my worpress site.

General information for the website: Two individual sites; one is a blog, the other is a store; both are on wordpress.
Num. of web pages/modules: 5 PDFs
Description of every page/module: I have already picked the page or post urls for example: unitedstatesofable.com/foodjournal

- I would like my readers to enter the link; they can either be brought to my blog or we can insert a booklaunch.io page within a worpdress page. I'm not sure what the best option is, which is why I'm here.
Description of requirements/features: Contract Form: email and first name then they will be directed to the PDF download.
Extra services needed: 3rd party integration
Specific technologies required: Wordpress, Booklaunch.io, mailchimp
Extra notes: Using whatever is necessary between my wordpress site, booklaunch.io and mailchimp accounts: I have a food journal and some other items that I would like my readers to be able to download from my blog but I would like to collect emails when they do it.

I'm not sure if you can do it with a plugin. The only ones I found cost money to install.

There are only 5 PDF files.
