I want my website redone please!!

We have just launched a clubbing social networking site. The problem is, the previous web designer designed an amateurish site. We are looking for an enthusiastic web designer preferably familiar with Joomla software. You will help redesign the existing site i.e layout, functions etc. The site has already been designed, we just need someone to be able to make the site look more professional and along the same lines as Facebook, twitter, keek, instagram etc.

You will be paid £20 per hour for labour (THIS ONLY INCLUDES ACTUAL IMPLEMENTATION, NOT THE DESIGN PLANNING).
