I need wordpress template installed and edited

I want to edit it for a gardening website.

I have the logo and the pages I want.

all you need to do it refer to that site for any information you need.

I can supply logo, and pictures for portfolio.

need someone who is very good and fast at wordpress to do most of it in the next 4 hours?
