Hey guys!
I need a custom work for my Woocommerce store.
I will give you as much detail as I can right away, so please, do not make a proposal to raise the price later. Ask me as many questions as you possibly have to, I’ll be glad to answer, but I need your final price. :)
Basically, I need a calendar to select theme park tickets and add them to cart.
Exactly like the ones you can find on these 3 examples:
https://bit.ly/2B0cFLJ (this is the most practical one)
https://bit.ly/2yLFvyG (this is the original one)
https://bit.ly/2AVvXlJ (this is woocommerce as well)
I made my own mockup, you can find it attached.
But I'm 100% open to design suggestions too!
I will provide the CSV file with 21.900 simple products that must appear on this calendar. They will be ready for you, you'll only have to tell me what you need and I’ll make it happen, so don't worry about wasting time with that!
Even tough they are static simple products and they are not variable in woocommerce, 21.900 options give us 60 options per day in a 365 days calendar. So the visitor should be able see the right option for him after he filters tickets by selecting:
1. Number of days of visit (1 to 10 days), dropdown;
2. How many adults and how many children;
3. 3 types: Basic, Hopper or Hopper Plus , buttons;
4. Day of the visit, by clicking on the right day on calendar;
When user defines 1, 2, 3 and click on 4, he will see the total price: (composed by 2 simple products and multiplied by the amount of adults or kids). The user should be able to place in cart as many adults and as many children as he would like to have.
So let’s say a family of 2 adults and 1 child going in February 20th who wants to stay for 4 days, in the end they will have added to the cart:
4 Days Basic - Adult - Feb 20 2019 (x2)
4 Days Basic - Child - Feb 20 2019 (x1)
I believe I should put all tickets on the same category, and use 3 attributes to help filtering options: Days of visit, Type, Person and Date. But if you have a better suggestion since you are more experienced, I'll definitely take it!
All tickets are virtual and sold with no limitations by date, or amount.
A few more things to consider:
1. We also have the Flex Option. Flex tickets have options 1 to 10 days, the same 3 types and price changing according to person's age. But they don't change by date, is the very same price for the whole year. If user ticks the "flex" option, the calendar will replace product for the Flex option instead.
2. I’m currently using 2 gateways, bank transfer and Cielo (very popular here in Brazil). Product prices change by gateway, but this is actually set on product level since other products in the store have different fees for the same gateways. I’m using Payment Gateway Based Fees and I can also set this information on my CSV file. The thing is: the summary should display both prices: for bank transfer (main price on calendar) and Cielo (second price just on summary).
3. Also, I’m using WOOCS for currency. My price list is in USD, but my costumers are from Brazil and they see and pay only in BRL.
4. Prices are always released 13 months in advance. So I must be able to every month add a new csv files with a new extra month, and it should appear automatically on this calendar.
5. Tickets have different expiration dates as well. For instance, a 4 day basic ticket lasts for 7 days, while a 4 day hopper ticket lasts for 8. You can notice on all examples that the calendar highlights the expiration. I need to have the same thing too, I will provide you for how long a ticket should be lighted acorrding to it's specifications. I can also put that on my CSV file if you tell me where to put it lol
6. I'm using Kallyas Theme.
7. I have Product CSV Importer & Exporter, hope it makes things easier for you!
Here you can find the mentioned plugins:

> https://br.wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-currency-switcher/
I'm open to answer any questions you might have, just let me know!
I need this done by Dec 31st. I will send you the CSV file within 2 days after you tell me exactly what you need in this file besides product name, price and gateway fee.
Thank you in advance!
