I need to make changes to my website

I need to change the look and feel of my website . I am looking for someone who has both web development and UX experience.


I am would like the following changes done
1. The website needs to mobile responsive
2. The booking engine scroll bar and rendering in a user friendly manner
3. Font changes to increase visibility
4. Upload of new content to the site ( content will be supplied)
5.Linking of certain elements on the homepage to the correct website page
6. Creation of banners for the site ( 6 banners) for services we offer
7. A small slider of banners of services offered , it can also be used in the future for other banners

I am looking at getting this done as soon as possible. I am also interested in people who can start work on it immediately and complete in a short period.
