I need to convert PSD to Wordpress

General information for the website: We are a wine company that sells primary B2B. This is an image based site and will not do ecommerce in the short term
Num. of web pages/modules: 7
Description of every page/module: I have 7 psd pages to convert to wordpress, they are fairly self explanatory & can be downloaded here : http://we.tl/wsfpmWqYLF
"fine wine - home" = home
"fine wine - about"
"fine wine - contact"
"fine wine - horizontal wines" = products home page
"fine wine - detail - no gallery" = individual product page (this page needs to have a downloadable function)
"fine wine - producers" = producers home page
"fine wine - producer detail" = individual producers page

the other sections of the site (looking at the top menu of the home page) will be variations of the other pages
Description of requirements/features: the product page needs to have a download feature

Description of every page/module: I have 7 psd files that I need to have converted into an existing Wordpress theme. I am in a bit of a hurry, and would like to receive the files by the end of the week.

Please note that I would like to have the fonts replaced: Please use MONTSERRAT SEMI BOLD FOR HEADLINES & Arial for text.

Note: this is NOT a shopping site, so I need all the cart options on the parent theme (Assyrian) to be deactivated
