I need to add functionality to make advisors online status

I would a new category in the advanced search that allows a user to sort advisors by last active date or 'online now'
I would like a little green dot (similar to fiverr) that shows if an advisor is online; this needs to reflect on the advisor profile, advanced search results, and anywhere we display the advisor's image. I also need a 'Online Now' in green on the advisor's profile under the Verified checkmark. This should work similar to fiverr. There should be a text box that appears when someone however over the green dot that says 'online.' Website is www.financierge.ca/dev
