I need someone to create a revolution slider

General information for the website: Client sells software for the healthcare sector
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: I need someone who can create some slider revolutions slides for me.

These are for a website which will promote the software family of one of my clients. In total there are 9 different apps. For each App I'll need one slider (with one slide). this slide will play when the user enters the page for this specific app.

Besides these I'll need one slider which will contain all 9 slides (above) to showcare on the homepage with a call to action button on it (previous mentioned one slide sliders won't need this button since the visitor is already on the page).

On dropbox there is a zip file which contains
- instructions: text to appear on each slider
- color: background color to be used
- folder for each app with screenshots
- folder with computer screen mockups which you can use

The slider is going to be integrated on http://carestaging.bijna-online.be/
