I need someone to change the design of my blog page within my website

I would like my blog homepage to be redesigned into a grid layout, with a clickable images as titles.

And attached is a PDF mockup of how I would like it to look. I would also like the image to become the title of the actual blog post when you click-through (see pg 2 on PDF)

Please let me know how quickly you think you can get it done, and what you would charge.
