I need some wordpress template changes

General information for the website: crowdfunding
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: Hi

We are currently building a few new wordpress sites, the first is based on the following theme:

We require the following difference -

* login with social media
* ability to upload project to 1 of 3 categories
* separate (but similar form) for each category
* form received by email on completion of offline payment able to activate project from dashboard
* form auto-fills project - extra details (new ones we added) to be viewed on wordpress dashboard also
* mobile phone numbers uploaded within form have auto message sent to them through - http://www.massmailsoftware.com/bulksmsandpager/sms-gateway.php - the api will need installed and designed.
* emails uploaded within form have auto message sent to them
* ability to manually add payments

So that is an idea of what we want stage 1 - we are looking for an idea of time scale and price as well as any point of reference / tips / ideas to show that you really understand what we are looking for.
