I need some formatting and updating done to my "Socha" theme Wordpress site

Description of requirements/features: Hi there! I'm in the process of launching a site www.backpackindia.org which is based on the WordPress "Socha" theme from AleThemes. I've made the initial steps of loading the site and initial content. But as you can see there is lots to be done still such as tweaking and formatting, and activating some of the features that exist within the demo Socha theme site at www.alethemes.com/socha

I need assistance with tweaking the site, making edits, and teaching me how this WordPress theme works. Looking for someone specifically with experience with the "Socha" WordPress theme from alethemes.com, this is mandatory (please send me examples of your work on Socha). Specifically, below are the items I specifically need addressed in this particular deliverable.

General site (PC / Tablet / Mobile)
- How can I globally set default article text sizes for each viewer platform (PC / mobile), to a good readable text size?
- Change the "skin" color from Yellow to Dark Grey (one of the preset colors)
- Graphic Design: can you give me a simple better looking "Backpack India" logo….nothing too fancy, but better than what's currently there….
- Home page: How do I setup Click-through links on the text on slider pictures to articles?
- Inspiration Page: change title to "Regions - touch a pic!", "Cities - touch a pic!" and "Activities - touch a pic!"
- Leftbar menu: "Regions" "Cities" "Activities" don’t take me to the proper links….
- Homepage: Add some text under the images for Regions, Cities, and Activities
- Social Media header: I only have an Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest account. How do I update the accounts and get rid of the rest in the social media icons header?
- Google Analytics...how can I install this and use it?
- Any other plug-ins that you suggest I add?
- The "About BackPack India" section: How can I put it just below the slider?


Android Mobile / Tablet (any changes to the Android sites should not affect Windows usability)
- Home Page: Social Media header is overlapping in the way of the slider pictures
- When viewing a specific article, the long "side bar menu" (Recent Posts, Recent Comments, Archives, etc) appears first and the user has to scroll down a LOT before the actual article appears. How can I put the "side menu" at the END of the article instead of the beginning?
